The Western Michigan University men's hockey team defeated Wayne State, 4-0, Saturday in Kalamazoo. WSU outshot the opponents from the west side of the state, 26-24, in a losing effort. It was Warriors coach Bill Wilkinson's first appearance in Kalamazoo since leaving the Broncos in 1999 after 17 seasons behind the bench.
